Meditation, Yoga, Ceremonial Cacao, and Sound Bath

Join us and bring a friend for a 90min. healing experience on March 25th from 4-5:30pm in Fort Collins, CO. Our goal is to help you reset, relax, and release what no longer serves you. We will start by doing a cacao ceremony and opening our hearts, setting intentions for the rest of the journey. We will then move through meditation, breathwork, and yoga to help the body and mind relax for the crystal bowl sound bath. Afterwards you will be invited to share your experience. - Space is limited, snag your spot today!!

Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and pillows - anything you need to be comfortable during the sound bath. If you are sensitive to light eye masks are also suggested.
