Meditation and Sound Bath *Experience the Benefits of Sound Healing*

Join us on Saturday April 8th in Peyton, CO from 9:30-11am to experience the powerful effects of sound healing. Think of it like pushing a reset button. While a Sound Bath can help you rest and recover from a stressful week, it also provides other benefits like a more restful nights sleep, enhanced energy, pain relief, feelings of overall wellbeing and balance, while stimulating immune function and blood flow. This modality is a great addition to any health and wellness routine. 

Please bring a yoga mat and anything you might need to be comfortable during the session (i.e. blankets, pillows, eye mask, etc.)
